I help women experience presence – listening to the inner wisdom of their bodies and drawing on their resources - to integrate their life experiences and live beauty, fulfilment and connection in their everyday lives.

Yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator and focalizing practitioner, I have been helping women nourish and replenish themselves for over 15 years.

I help women come into full body-mind presence, through nature connection, movement and connection with self or others. I know that in this state of deep presence and acceptance of our current experience, is where true healing and release is to be found.
